Upper Abs Exercise: Stability Ball Roll-out Holds Key

To perform the roll out, kneel (maybe you can use a rag, mat or something you can kneel on) placing the ball in front of you and resting your elbows on the ball. Keep your knees and feet on the floor as you roll the ball forward, maintaining a straight line from the top of your head to base of your spine. Return to the starting position.

However, let us be very clear that a flat stomach has something to do with diet. We may do this upper abs exercise all day long, but if we continue eating fatty foods, we may never attain that flat tummy.
