Raised Leg Crunch

Lie on the floor and lift your legs up to 90 degrees with bent knees. Contract your abdominal muscles and lift your shoulders off the floor crunching your upper body towards your legs. Keep your legs still and your lower back pressed into the floor. Lower down slowly and repeat.
