We are all looking for the Quick Easy Ways To Lose Weight.

Here are a couple of rippers I have come across in my small travels.

Start changing what you eat slowly.

All progress comes incrementally – which in this case means a little bit of work each day. Losing weight and getting a hot body is simple, but it is not easy. It requires a lot of patience and hard work. This is why I tell you to start changing what you eat slowly.

Buy some healthy foods but don’t try to change your lifestyle overnight, it just won’t happen.

Over the course of a few weeks start getting healthier foods from the grocery store, I have written other posts on what to buy, but here goes a few good things to concentrate on.

  • Fresh fruit – not canned fruit (it is evil and full of sugar)
  • Vegetables – I don’t care what vegetables you buy, they are all quite good
  • Fish – fish is amazingly good for you, it has heaps of protein plus much needed oils and fats
  • Lean meats – things such as chicken, organic beef and turkey
  • Dairy – this is a little bias of me because I am allergic to dairy, so I can’t consume it, however it is a high protein source which is what you need when losing weight and building muscle

If you grab a few of these things, you will be on your way.

Stop drinking calories

The most harmful calories come from soda, sadly.

Soda, most juices, energy drinks (these are the devil in disguise!) and other junky “sports” drinks are doing nothing but adding fat to your mid-section! Steer hard a starboard to avoid these mother of all stuff ups. Instead drink coffee (yes coffee! awesome huh!), tea, water, 100% fruit or vegetable juice. When I am out at a pub or something I normally just grab a water but if I am feeling rebellious I will grab a juice or something and I know it is bad, because I get a stomach ache from all the sugar they have!

Start doing some high intensity training each day

That sounds so cool, “Hey Johnny, you busy mate?”, “Yea sorry mate, got my high intensity training this morning”.

But in all seriousness, high intensity is what you need to get in shape. This is how Brad Pitt got in shape for “Fight Club” and how Cam Gigandet got in shape for “Never Back Down”.

I will give you an example of a high intensity workout, it isn’t too hard to come up with your own though:

  • Stretch a little bit
  • 20 minute run for as hard as you can
  • 10 burpees
  • 20 press ups
  • 30 sit ups
  • 10 chin ups
  • 200 skips

Repeat that 3x, just doing the run once.

That is enough to kickstart any good being into shape.

Until next time,

Johnny – If anybody wants me to write about a particular subject or if you have a problem with anything, just email me or leave a comment – I normally have good ideas for posts but a little social stimulation can help!
