Damn impatient human beings, wanting everything so fast!


Here are my thoughts on which diet program provides the quickest weight loss.

Seeing that you are reading this page, I know that you have been foraging for information and the motivation to lose body fat, build a sexy body and get that desirable, yet elusive hollywood stomach.  I am not ignorant in any way, and even though I intend to some time build my own product, I realise that there are countless ebooks, courses, programs, dvds, diets etc that claim to have the magic potion that will melt away your stomach fat and reveal a hot new body.

Don’t get me wrong, I am not bagging on any of these courses, it is just that most of them are not complete. That is why you are not getting the results that you are hunting for.

If you are thinking about buying an ebook, which I think is the best way because you can always refer to it so easily, often the author will also let you contact them and ask questions, and there is often also a forum to discuss any issues with other like minded people, then I have done a review of the biggest four products I have found available on the net over at my site How To Get Abs.

However I think this is what you were really after…

I have mentioned in previous posts that I have a small library of fitness, body building, nutrition, cardio annd other health and fitness related books. But the difference between me and somebody else who may buy every ebook he comes across, is that I put the information into action.

I am no robot and sometimes I miss a day at the gym. Sometimes I sleep in. Sometimes I will have a few too many on a Saturday night. BUT I GET BACK ON THE HORSE.

The thing about asking me which program provides the best, easiest, fastest, safest, most fun weight loss etc etc is that you are looking at the wrong part of the equation.

What you should be doing is finding ONE GOOD PLAN to start with. The ebook that I rate as being the best is my favourite I have found so far. This is pretty much what I still do to this day e.g. intense cardio, weights, maintain a good diet and do fitness that I enjoy.

The question of YOUR mind should be “Once I find a great plan, HOW MUCH EFFORT AM I GOING TO PUT IN!!??”

Because pretty much all diets (with the exception of ones that allocate half an avacado for a days meal) will give you the same speed of weight loss.

And if you want to become sick, too tired and weak to do anything, look like shiza every day and generally pass into the next dimension, then feel free to undertake such a diet.

But if you ask yourself “What do I want to look like in a month, 6 months, a year, even a decade”, then you will find the answer the same every time.

You want to look hot, with a great body, feel energetic, full of life and generally living to the upmost.

You will achieve this if you follow a great plan and put the hard (yes it will be hard to start with, everything worthwhile in life is hard) work in day in and day out, then you will get what you want.

The quickest weight loss will come to the person who puts in the hardest work every day on their diet, discipline and workouts.
