The Fastest Way To Get Six Pack Abs Ever – Guaranteed
Doesn’t this sound like a merry little treat! Well this is a massive break through technique for anybody struggling to get a nice shiny six pack.
We all want the six pack but at times it seems so damn elusive! Looking in the mirror each day thinking that nothing has changed, but if you look a little closer you will see subtle changes.
Try taking a photograph and check it out in two weeks time – make sure you stand in the exact same place with the same lighting and same pose.
Even if you are already quite ripped, it will still be a fantastic reference tool.
Now, this evil protected government secret about losing extra fat???
Do Two Cardio Sessions Per Day
It may seem like overkill, but trust me, it’s not. When you do a typical cardio session you might burn 400-600 calories if you are busting it and have really booked it in. So if you do another sweet cardio session, maybe a differnt variety of what you did in the morning if possible – then you will burn the same amount of calories again.
Provided you nutrition is all in check, you will half the time that it takes to get a wicked six pack, or ladies, the time it takes to get a sexy toned flat stomach.
Don’t say I ain’t nice to ya!

Lots of helpful stuff on this site. Right now I’m focused on achieving ripped six pack abs. It’s my personal objective these days. I’m wondering if anyone has any special diet recommendations to help me get six pack abs faster I’ve been told that egg whites, oatmeal, salmon, blueberries and broccoli are all important to incorporate into my diet. Anything else I’m not thinking of?

Hey, do you have any suggestions as far as a good six pack abs diet? My trainer says that egg whites, oatmeal, broccoli, blueberries and salmon are all necessary to include in your diet…Are there any other foods I should consider?

Hi there, that sounds like a good base for a diet. Just remember to include some protein in every meal. Also include a lot of carbs in earlier meals of the day and slowly phase out to no carbs at the last meal.

You make some interesting points…I’d like to know what you would recommend in my situation. My goal is to shed about 15 pounds in the next couple of months. But there are such a huge number of “systems” out there and I have no idea which one to trust. Can somebody point me towards a good plan for burning fat and packing on muscle?

You bring up some good points…I’d like to know what you would suggest in my situation. Right now I’m aiming to shed around 20 pounds and add muscle mass to my frame. But there are so many different “systems” out there and I have no idea which one to trust. Can somebody point me towards a good plan for burning fat and adding muscle?
