I created this website and blog to help people get started creating abs, right now, not literally meaning that you can magically get abs right now (that’s why).

I post content on my website as well as the blog, so it pays to check both often as I update whenever I feel I have something useful to contribute to the net, which is quite often as I am at university and I am “time rich”.

I may post articles on nutrition, recipies, product reviews, new workouts I find, old workouts I rediscover, cardio tips, body fat reduction tips, fitness improvement tips, pretty much anything to do with getting a smoking hot body and stayin’ alive (that’s what).

Now that the technicalities are out of the way…

As I mentioned, I am a bit of a fitness nut…

I wake up early and I run, climb, box, jump, lift, bounce, stretch, fight.. my way out of bed.

Then I workout..

My workouts mostly consist of resistance training, “extreme cardio”, body weight exercises and anything else I can get my mitts on.

I am constantly buying products and books to learn new ways of doing things in the heath and fitness arena, I like to change it up, so if anybody wants to throw out comments on new things to try, you are welcome to turn my site into a fitness mastermind group.

As soon as I find out some sort of crazy new workout or exercise (and get a lawyer to draw up something to protect me) I will take some pictures or a video of me performing it, good times.

The things we do for/on the internet huh?

Occasionally I like to have a philosophical rant or rave about something, please forgive me if I get off track from the topic. I normally write about the subject at hand.

The drama is in the details right?  Yes, drama.  So you will not find me telling you to lift 167.5lbs in an incline bench press of 17° then take 1.5 seconds to reach full extension, hold for 2.25 seconds then 2.5 seconds travel back then repeat.

The hardest challenge for most people who want to get abs is that they don’t take action, so if you are taking action, then the last thing you have to worry about is exact details of the workout you are doing, unless of course you are going to be Mr. Solar System.
