1. What is this course about and will it help me build muscle all over? Not just my abs? And will it help me lose weight?
Yes it will help you build a lean body all round. This happens because when you lose fat your muscle is more visible, then you can work your muscles and with a bit of weight/body weight training you will develop good muscle mass.
2. I have never downloaded anything before, is this safe?
Yes this is perfectly safe, it is just a pdf. file which is an ebook. We want our visitors to get results and recommend people to us when they see the great results they get. This is perfectly safe to download because we want our visitors to come back to us.
3. How much time does this course take?
Well it depends on what results you want and the current state of your body. Obviously if you are an overweight 50 year,old then you will not be able to work as hard as a 25 year old who just wants his abs defined a bit more. Setting aside half an hour to 45 minutes, 3 to 4 times a week is sufficient to see noticeable gains in progress.
4. Am I too old or too young?
Never!!! If you are extremely young (under 15) or very wise (over 65) then, take it easy. There is no need to rush into things and any progress is better than no progress. There are stages for beginners upwards so anyone can use this course.
5. What do I need for this course?
You do not need much, an open mind is the best thing you can equip yourself with. If you have access to a gym, great. If not, then don't worry, because pretty much all the exercise you do to get abs require no equipment! Sure if you want to tone other parts of your body then you may need to purchase a set of dumbbells (under $50), but it is not necessary. |
