Obliques with a Twist: A Simple Way to Develop Core Muscles

The muscles which are accountable for flexing and rotating your upper body are known as oblique muscles. If you have strong oblique muscles, they are likely to support your lower back, reducing your posture problem and back pain. This exercise is also considered as an effective way of trimming your love handles in no time.

To perform obliques with a twist, you need to start in a push up position, with your arms straight, supporting your body. Turn both of your knees to the left. You need to exhale when performing this part. Take a breath when you straighten your legs. You may repeat the same execution to the right. You may work up to three sets of ten.
