What Is The Best Cardio Workout For Fat Loss?
What Is The Best Cardio Workout For Fat Loss? This is a question that I am glad you are asking.
Asking questions is a sign of intelligence!
Not asking questions is a sign of being an idiot, because an intelligent person gets the information they need before they start something, an idiot just does what he thinks is right. Well done!
So many people just embark on missions, projects and plans in life without ever taking a little bit of time to just get information before they start. It has been said by many time management fellows that spending an hour planning each day is the best hour spent that day - provided we do our actual work at somet stage!
So, back to the topic at hand... What Is The Best Cardio Workout For Fat Loss?
Here are a few of the best from my special box of treats ;)
If you have read about these before, don't skip over them. If you think - that's not for me.. Think again. Everybody should try different things in their lives, getting out of your comfort zone is what getting a sexy body is all about!
HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training
This one is king. This is the mother of all fat burners. It puts your body under enormous amounts of stress and forces it to adapt to the stress being placed on it. If you use HIIT you are pretty much forcing yourself to change. An example of HIIT would be running, but with a twist. You run/jog for about 5 minutes to warm up and them sprint for about 30 seconds, then cut back to jogging speed. Do this a few times on your run and I guarantee you will be absolutely stuffed by the end! Use this - if you don't you are being foolish! It is one of the best fat burning tools you have in your belt.
Another variation of HIIT is stair sprints, if you have read any of my other articles you will know these are one of my favorites. Sprinting (even a fast walk or jog) up stairs is a great way to shed body fat like crazy. When you start going hardcore in your workouts you will notice real intrinsic benefits in your body.
Boxing or martial arts are another example of HIIT. Any martial art requires you to go full on exertion and then back off for a little (fights go in a rounds format). These will whip you into shaper quicker than the Golden Rule!
Until next time... Feel good, look good and live like you mean it!
