The Best Ab Machine on the Market
I am overweight because I haven't got an ab machine.
I haven't got one because I don't know what the best one is.
If this is you, then get a grip. Ab machines are excellent at one thing, and that is making money from gullible people. Since when didyou have to have an ab machine to get abs?
Does your 9 year old use an ab machine?
I hope not.
Then why do they have abs?
It is because they don't have any body fat around their stomach (and if they do you need to think twice about what you are feeding them,bring up a child to be overweight is not cool).
So what the hang is the point of an ab machine then?
Well they say they help you get rid of love handles and give you a slim sexy body, but how can that possible be true?
Abs are formed by removing fat, not by training your abs. Sure training them can make them appear a little better, but it mostly comesdown to how much your body fat percentage is.
So who's lying?
Unless you go so damn hard on an ab machine that you sweat like mad and are huffing and puffing (which I don't think is possible), then youare not going to be burning any fat off, just strengthening your abs.
So why buy one?
I don't know...
Maybe you get bored watching t.v and you want to play on something.
Maybe you enjoy wasting money?
Maybe you like to have a home gym to show visitors to your house, even if it never gets used.
Maybe you just liked the body of the presenter on the commercial you bought it off.
Whatever your reason, sell it, use the proceeds to buy a decent fat burning and muscle building program like one of the ones inmy products section. You don't need any stupid machine, just some hard work. All of the program creators have fantastic bodies (andif you doubt that just check out their sites).
