
Recipes to Help Lose Body Fat
Here are a couple of easy Recipes to Help Lose Body Fat I have come across in my travels.
For people on the go, a smoothie or shake is a fantastic way to get all the goodness your body needs, but don't start having these as yourmain food source, your body needs actual food, this is just for if you are in a rush or bringing a full meal isn't really acceptable i.e. to have after your workout in the gym.
Smoothie Recipe
2-3 whole eggs Cup of milk Banana Berries Protein powder
Mix it all up and stick it in a drink bottle - great for after workouts
The Breakfast of Legends
Poached eggs Canned tuna Orange Cup of green tea or coffee
or
Bowl of oats with milk and berries A green salad A carrot or other vegie that is easily prepared
Snacks to Make a Champion
Peanuts or peanut butter Cashews, pecans or almonds Canned tuna Fruit Salad with avacado Water Green tea Green salads or sandwiches
These are just a few ideas for snacks and breakfast - the two biggest challenging times to eat well.Make sure that you always eat a complete meal when you eat i.e. have some protein, carbohydrates and fat (good fat) included. This is because your body needs all 3 of these, and they complement each other nicely. When you drive your car you don't just fill up the radiator, youalso put oil in it and petrol too - similar to our bodies, we MUST give them complete meals.
