Belly dancing is a very popular form of exercise these days, and often people wonder how to get belly dancing abs like the performers we see belly dancing.These performers have not discovered anything new, except for their dancing, on how to get abs.Not having the body you want can be very depressing, it can make you feel down all the time, self concious, have lower self confidence and self esteem, and it is not healthy to be out of shape. Always feeling tired and groggy, unable to concentrate and moody are all signs of not being in the right shape. Luckily you do not have to put up with this sub-standard of living, there is a way to get better! Belly dancing abs are created the same way other models and professionals build a great set of abs. They follow the advice of professionals and people who have got the same results that they want. This is the long time proven way of getting anything: follow someone who has the results you want and listen to their advice. Think of any professional in any sort of niche, whether it be a musician, athlete, manager, executive, tradesman or a business owner, they have all learned from people who have the results they want and taken on board the skills and tools necessary to succeed. A musician has their favourite singers/players and learns all they can about them, they have a teacher or learn from friends or books or the internet. An athlete has a coach, watches their favourite sportsperson on t.v, trains like them and would sell their grandmother to get a lesson from them. The exact same is true when it comes to getting the body you want. I have my heroes (Bruce Lee and Tony Jaa are my favourite) and I have studied them and their habits, nutrition, workouts and routines. I wish Bruce Lee had produced a workout and nutrition product! Although my heroes don't have much information that I can learn from, there are other people out there who have great results in their own lives that I wish to follow. Don't listen to people who will try and push you the way of diet pills or some sort of "belly dancing abs workout machine", just follow advice from people who have information about how to get a slim sexy body. That's all there is to it! The first thing I have learnt towards getting belly dancing abs is to watch what goes in your mouth. This will be the death or birth of your sexy stomach! We all know how bad a craving for a certain food can be or having a meal out and wanting dessert, you just have to realise that you are what you eat. If you eat junk food, you will look, act, think and feel like junk. If you eat healthy food, you will look, act, think and feel healthy, vibrant and full of energy! I challenge you to check out your friends and workmates eating habits and compare what they eat to how they look and feel and perform. Also do this with your family and yourself, you may uncover some surprising truths! The second thing I have learnt is that you have to have some form of exercise. This one is not as hard as it seems, just find something you find fun and do it! If you enjoy a walk on the beach, step it up into a powerwalk or a light jog and presto! If you have a dog or a child or a partner, drag them along for some inspiration and a partner in crime against excess body fat! You can bike, box, hike, walk, climb, jump, skip, hop, bounce or swim! No matter what sort of exercise you do, well done for actually doing something! It is a sad fact that over 95% of people will read this then do nothing. They will push the back button on their browser and keep looking for something "easier", or something with "a little less work". If this makes you a bit angry then chances are you are a person that will push back and keep scouring the internet to find something magical. I feel for these people because there is no easy way to anything in life. These are the people that want something for nothing, and this universe does not operate like that.
