Extreme Weight Loss Tips – Only For The Truly Dedicated

If you are wanting extreme weight loss tips, this is the exact information for you.

Just a casual warning, this stuff is kind of extreme measures… Most diet and fitness gurus hate me enough already for explaining things like this, but I’ll get over it, so will they.

Every so often you see an article about a celebrity who packs on a bit of beef, and then in next month’s People magazine you see her slim, sexy body strutting down Miami Beach in a Calvin Klein bikini looking hotter than sex itself.

Same thing happens for the fellas.

Bit of a pot belly one month turns into a ripped set of abs, a lean toned body and somehow they get a perfect tan in that time too.

I am no sun tan expert, but I am going to spill a few secrets here, the extreme weight loss tips that these kind of people consistently pay mega-bucks for to lose weight damn fast and get into amazing shape in just a few weeks.

Here Goes Something For You Chronic Internet Surfers,

The “Survival Mode” that you body apparently goes into to conserve your body fat and muscle is not as prevalent as you once thought.

Often people say that you can’t drop calories too fast or else your body goes into survival mode, or rather that is their excuse…

However, the only way that you can lose fast is to create a large calorie deficit – and yes, you may lose a little bit of muscle as well if you stay on a prolonged calorie deficit. This shouldn’t worry the females too much, but often us males are quite proud of our muscle. I will get back to this shortly

So here is tip #1 for extreme weight loss:

Create A Large Calorie Deficit

You will get all sorts of people telling you that you can’t sustain this sort of diet for long, and that IS true. The side-effects of low calorie diets are not that bad, but they are enough to stuff up your progress for a while. You get angry easier, you have less energy, often your sleep will suffer and you will develop aches and pains.

What I like to do when dropping the fat fast is to have 2-3 days on an extremely low calorie diet then eat what I normally would for a day or two.

There are a whole platter of calculators you can use, but to be honest I just hate having to do shit like that, counting calories and weighing how many slices of cucumber I am having, I just feel like an idiot doing it.

I prefer to just wing it and eat stuff all for a few days and then go back to a normal healthy diet for a day or two, then go back to low calorie for a few days and then just repeat until I am looking how I want to.

How do you keep your muscles though?

Tip #2

Resistance Training

Okay I think girl bodybuilders are about as attractive as a public restroom, but I know that most guys love their guns and would rather curl up and die than lose them, so to keep your lean muscle mass you have to resistance train.

Let me explain something else about now – your muscle doesn’t evaporate quite as quickly as some people have you think.

Maybe if you break your back and you are lying flat on a hospital bed for 6 weeks you will lose it quickly, but general day to day activity ensures you won’t lose it very fast, even if you are on a low calorie diet for a few days at a time.

The best way to maintain and sometimes even increase muscle mass on a low calorie diet is to lift weights or do calisthenics.

Your muscle mass won’t disappear on a low calorie diet – it WILL disappear if you don’t USE it!

Your body builds up muscles because you do some work and it thinks “DAMN, that was hard. I had better create some bigger, stronger muscles because I don’t want to fail at that kind of work again”.

Your body doesn’t think “Wow I am on a diet of vegetables and lentils, I had better get rid of all muscle mass and look like a malnourished bum”.

With resistance training you also raise your metabolism which burns calories faster, hell yes!

This means you get stronger, look better and lose weight faster.

You can’t get much more of a good deal than that.

Here is tip #3, but wait for it…

Don’t Be A Sucker

Yellow Sucker<br />

There are a million and one methods and strategies out there today, but only a few principles for losing weight, don’t lose sight of the forest for the trees.

Always remember what your goal is and don’t get sucked into buying shit you don’t need, honestly, I wonder how many ab machines have been sold on this planet and how many people have a six pack from them.

This is something I am so DAMN PASSIONATE about.

Recently I have been looking to buy my first house and I LOL out loud when I see how many houses have an ab machine in them.

I know you probably get sick of me whinging about them, but the truth is that no matter how many pills, potions and pieces of equipment you buy, nothing will lose that body fat except creating a calorie deficit and getting off the couch and doing something slightly more stimulating then crocheting booties.

This is how I roll and this is how I manage to stay in good shape all the time, sometimes getting leaner for a special event or something, but always having visible abs.

I watch what I eat, (but I am no food police, I enjoy the odd naughty treat), I resistance train and I am sucker-free, well not entirely, but fitness wise I know what works and what is just stuffing already obese corporate wallets.

The only thing left to do now is to make sure you punch in your details below to get what I can’t deliver right now, my free report that is in a .pdf format. I just updated it and beefed it up with a few new tips and tricks that add to this kind of stuff, but I honestly can’t write 10,000 word blog posts so just swagger on over and grab it then thank me later fella.

Creating a large calorie deficit is very safe, fasting is practiced by millions of people safely, I don’t ever recommend fasting over 24 hours. Always pump yourself full of water and if needed have tiny snacks to ward off hunger pains

Liked the article. More studies has shown that eating every couple hours does not necessarily improve your metabolism and hence fat burning. It’s on pubmed and worth checking out. Thanks
